Friday

Arrival day… Meet friends and other cleaners… Hang out in lobby and bar and swap lies about how much better you clean than the next guy.  Oh yeah, and how much more money you make compared to everyone else!

6:00PM Banquet

Annual Banquet:

For the 6PM banquet on Friday evening, 19 September 2003, we have reserved a private dining room at Sabatino’s Italian Restaurant in Baltimore’s Little Italy.

The cost will be $35.00 per person (including tax & gratuity). You will be able to order off of a menu of 10 entrees. Each entrée will include salad, dessert and coffee, tea or iced tea. A cash bar will be available. Dinners are to be paid for in advance.

If you plan to attend this banquet, tickets must be paid for by August 15, 2003.

Please note that the $35.00 charge is slightly more than the actual cost… any funds left over will go toward a meeting room, microphone and/or other costs associated with summerfest.  If there are any funds left over they will go toward SummerFest 2004.

After banquet… swap lies back at hotel bar and lobby.

11:30AM-12:30PM Break for Lunch…Attendees choice (you are on your own).

12:30PM-1:30PM Allergens Class… Instructor:  Aaron Groseclose

1:30PM- 5:00PM Demos will be open to everyone, including manufacturers. All those with equipment to demo must adhere to the following:

* Must allow attendees to use the equipment.
* Can hand out business cards only and take business cards from anyone interested.
* No brochures.
* No freebies. ( If manufacturers want to give samples out, they must be given to everyone who requests one, or to everyone attending the banquet.)
* No corporate sponsorship.
* No free dinners, etc.
* No hospitality rooms.
* Manufacturers may donate door prizes (gift certificates only) with a minimum of $25.00 per prize.
* No sales pressure will be tolerated. If this happens, the company will be asked to leave immediately and not be allowed to attend future Summerfests.

Departure day… say your goodbyes to old and new friends alike.

A block of 40 rooms (King Suites) are being reserved for SummerFest2003 (September 19-21) at The Embassy Suites-BWI at a rate of $109.00 per night.
